Situation
Survey Sampling International wanted to improve consumer panel growth and retention rates across multiple regions, whilst encouraging existing members to be more active. The rewards had to be delivered as quickly as possible to provide a superior user experience when compared to industry competitors.

Ovation Incentives Solution
Ovation Incentives provided a seamless transition from the existing rewards programme by implementing an API claim adapter which was linked to Survey Sampling Internationals existing points platform. This enabled the distribution of survey incentive rewards instantly in real time, as soon as a survey or questionnaire was completed. At the same time Ovation Incentives recommended areas for improvement, by implementing technology such as the “Fraudinator” validation process which ensures that all rewards are crosschecked against available blacklists. Monthly reporting also provided a clearer picture of how panels were retained, whist encouraging activity with existing members.
